Congratulations to Rosie Edgley (AHRC-funded) who has defended successfully her doctoral thesis 'Kṛṣṇa’s Person and Pedagogy in the Gītā Commentaries of Śaṃkara, Śrīdhara and Madhusūdana', on three commentators who wrote in Sanskrit, from the 8th, 14th and 16th centuries respectively. Her supervisors were

John Zavos, and her external examiner was Brian Black (Lancaster).
