Justin Daneshmand on the successful defence of his doctoral thesis 'The Elusive Jesus of Luke-Acts in Its Ancient Mediterranean Literary Context'. His supervisors were Prof.
Peter Oakes and Prof.
Stephen Todd (a Greek literature specialist from the Classics department), and the external examiner was Mikeal Parsons (Baylor University, Texas). Justin is now teaching (in between dodging fires and floods) at a college near Lake Tahoe, California.
