The Rt Revd Dr David Walker, the Bishop of Manchester, who is Chair of Trustees of the Department’s Lincoln Theological Institute and also an Honorary Research Fellow in the Department, took his seat as a member of the House of Lords in Parliament on Monday 7 September.
